Oftentimes, building a custom home can be challenging and there are many choices you’ll have to make. At Green Construct, we aim to make this process as simple as possible to ensure your build is stress-free and enjoyable. During the design stage, we’ll meet up to brainstorm concepts and develop your ideas, until your house plans meet your functionality requirements and budget.
With a finished concept plan, we then provide a quote for you, based on that plan and the specifications we have designed for your home. When we have met your budget, documentation can then be completed in order to gain a building permit.
During the construction stage, we hold regular site meetings with you, to explain the process, show you the work as it is being completed and ask more questions on how you envisage your home, to make sure we are achieving the home you have asked for. On completion you will receive a full manual, including any warranties required and a maintenance schedule.
