This project is close to our heart as the Green Construct office is located in this building complex! As a development for three investors, we guided them through the complexity of strata titling, development applications and design purpose of the buildings to maximise return. This continued all the way from construction through to occupation of the individual units.
Our team poured a massive 840m3 of concrete into panels, ranging from 8-25 tonnes, in 14 days to construction these commercial units. As a five-month build, the construction phase took less time than all the documentation and planning.
